Cancellation / Refund Policy
By using this website and making online purchases or appointments through it, or through our third-party booking system, or by calling to make an appointment, you agree to all terms and conditions set by Leading Edge Therapies, as outlined below.
Once services are rendered, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given for services unless at Mnagaers discretion. Gift vouchers have no cash value.
By booking an appointment, you are entering into a contract between yourself and your therapist. Appointments may be cancelled or changed through our booking system with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. This can be done using the link in your confirmation email or by replying to your reminder SMS or contacting via phone/text/whatsapp 07487450398.
If contacting by email, Facebook, or voicemail, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required, as these channels are not monitored 7 days a week.
Appointments cancelled or changed without proper notice will result in the loss of your payment or an equivalent amount from any gift voucher. Appointments CAN be rescheduled, carrying the balance forward.
In the event of a No-Show (more than 30 minutes late or failure to attend), you will be charged the full cost of your appointment.
All transactions are processed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
Under no circumstances will inappropriate conduct be accepted before, during, or after your appointment. If violated, you will be asked to leave immediately and forfeit the remaining appointment time.
Booking Conditions
Payments are required for all bookings. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Gift Vouchers
You may upgrade your appointment duration by paying the price difference.
Gift vouchers:
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Are non-refundable
- Can only be redeemed once
Standard cancellation and amendment policies apply to gift voucher bookings.
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months unless otherwise stated.
